Shipping

  • Free shipping within Australia

  • $5 for express shipping option at checkout

  • $20 flat rate shipping fee for international orders (Please see taxes Info below if purchasing from overseas) (Please check your local shipping status to make sure restrictions don’t apply and please get in touch if you would like to organise express shipping* )

  • $11 flat rate shipping for regular parcel post to NZ

  • Packaging and handling will take 1-2 days and then scarves are sent via regular post (expect 4-6 working days) or Express with Australia Post (Next business day from shipping fulfilment email or 1-2 days if you have a regional address). If the order is urgent, please leave a note at checkout and I will make sure it is in the post as soon as possible.

  • Art prints that are size A5, A4 + A3 can be sent internationally. For 2 X A3 + A2 international orders please contact me via email first to discuss extra shipping costs.

  • All orders are sent without invoices. This is to reduce printing waste and for gifting options. Please refer to your digital invoice if you need a receipt.

*NB: Please double check your delivery address, especially if you have a unit number as autofill can cause mischief! - incorrectly addressed parcels that require resending will incur a $10 postage fee.

Taxes

  • If you are making an international purchase, please be aware that your country may charge import duty fees on the parcels entry to your country. Customs policies and import duties differ from country to country, so please contact your local postal or customs service to confirm before you purchase. If you are still unsure, feel free to send me an email enquiry.

  • Due to new Brexit import tax laws, sending parcels to the United Kingdom has become a little more complicated!. Any import or customs fees on the parcel are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel. Please email if you would like to organise a shipment and we can work it out together.

  • Due to new Duties and Tax laws in United States and Puerto Rico, shipping from Aus to US has become a little more complicated! CBP have advised that the duties and taxes must be paid and collected on goods prior to the goods entering the US and its overseas territories. Please email if you are wanting postage to US and I can quote you for the extra tax fee (Likely +10%) or if you have any questions.

Returns

(1) Full exchange or returns are applicable on full priced products within 14 days of delivery. (2) Returned products must be shipped back in the same condition as they were delivered, Unworn with all tags/printed cards. (3) Customers must pay any return shipping costs and ensure a tracking number for parcel (4) Sale items are final and can not be returned.
